New Pokemon- Pegafern

This pokemon, as the fully evolved grass starter, is based on the mythological creature, Pegasus. Its wings are covered in thick layers of fern leaves, and the flower tail has bloomed into a bright red. Once again, the skin color may change, as I am not exactly satisfied with it.
